Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company Amsterdam seeks an experienced Artwork coordinator to lead cross-functional teams and deliver artwork projects across Western Europe. You’ll collaborate with marketing, procurement and printers to ensure timelines and quality are met.

You’ll work with pre-press, print production and graphic design processes, using ESKO workflows and briefing tools. Fluency in English and multi-market experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have at least HBO/bachelor degree level education.
• 2+ years experience in the printed pack area.
• Good understanding of pre-press and print production and/or graphic design techniques.
• Experience in a print-pre-press or graphics manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills with ESKO workflow and briefing tool.
• Fluent in English and able to work across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver artwork on time, with cost and quality targets.
• Oversee project delivery plans and communicate the best plan to the business.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to artwork processes.
• Provide and register reference artworks, cutters and information for agency or marketing.
• Create printer reference codes and support setup across KH supply network; be the main contact for printers.
