Qualifications

• Proven experience in functional or application management of workforce planning/scheduling systems.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Ortec Workforce Scheduling (OWS).
• Experience working with HR, payroll, and salary administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional configuration, maintenance, and stability of Ortec Workforce Scheduling.
• Translate labour law and internal policies into correct system rules.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to compliance and scheduling logic.
