This role involves collaborating with HR, payroll, and IT teams, ensuring accurate data flows, and managing changes within the system. • Deep hands-on knowledge of Ortec Workforce Scheduling (OWS).
• Experience working with HR, payroll, and salary administration processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the functional configuration, maintenance, and stability of Ortec Workforce Scheduling.
• Translate labour law and internal policies into correct system rules.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to compliance and scheduling logic.
• Manage change requests: analyse impact, prioritise, test, document, and communicate system changes.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to compliance, scheduling logic, and data inconsistencies.
• Act as the functional bridge between Planning, Operations, HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendor Ortec.
• Coordinate with Ortec on incidents, system improvements, updates, and support delivery.
• Support, advise, and train planners; distinguish user errors from system or configuration issues.
• Safeguard compliance and provide input for audits, reports, and inspections.

Description du poste

The Functioneel Beheerder OWS is responsible for the stable, compliant, and correct functioning of the Ortec Workforce Scheduling system used for workforce planning and hour registration across cargo, passenger, and ramp operations.

The role acts as the functional owner and orchestrator between operations, HR, payroll, IT, and the system vendor (Ortec), ensuring correct configuration, data flows, and compliance with labour legislation.

Responsibilities:

• Own the functional configuration, maintenance, and stability of Ortec Workforce Scheduling (OWS)
• Translate labour law (ATW), CAO agreements, and internal policies into correct system rules and parameters
• Ensure accurate planning, hour registration, allowances, and data transfer to HR and payroll systems (AFAS)
• Manage change requests: analyse impact, prioritise, test, document, and communicate system changes
• Monitor and resolve issues related to compliance, scheduling logic, and data inconsistencies
• Act as the functional bridge between Planning, Operations, HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendor Ortec
• Coordinate with Ortec on incidents, system improvements, updates, and support delivery
