Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Seattle seeks an Overnight Case Manager Lead to oversee overnight case management and staff coordination for our young adult housing programs. You will support youth and young adults with education, housing, and employment referrals, while guiding staff and ensuring trauma-informed, client-centered services.

This role requires coordinating after-hours operations, maintaining records, and building cross-site partnerships to advance safety, stability, and successful transitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, administration or related field, or equivalent experience; Masters preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience with teens or young adults in related fields.
• Ability to teach independence skills and plan supportive activities.
• Strong youth engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight case management and support program coordination across sites.
• Guide staff during overnight shifts with caseload review and service coordination.
• Supervise assigned staff, volunteers, and interns; ensure trauma-informed, youth-centered services.
• Maintain accurate participant records and perform shift handoffs with updates.
• Support housing case managers and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Build partnerships with schools, providers, and community resources.
