Job summary

LOGWIN AG, a leading logistics provider, is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive (m/f/d) in Amsterdam to acquire high-value freight customers and manage key accounts. The role includes presenting services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with operations and product teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required. We welcome both experienced sales professionals and career changers who are customer-focused, organized, and willing to travel.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development within air & sea logistics.
• Completed commercial or logistics-related education.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Organizational strength and confidence in negotiations.
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and CargoWise.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers with high-value freight structures and grow the portfolio.
• Manage and expand existing client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Prepare proposals and lead commercial negotiations with clients.
• Conduct on-site visits and present services to prospects and customers.
• Collaborate closely with operations and product development teams.
• Translate customer needs into scalable logistics solutions and drive growth.
