Job summary

VERSADO Personeelsdiensten is seeking a working foreman for green spaces to lead a team of 6–8 in maintenance and development of staff. You will guide colleagues and participate hands-on in daily green space work, with initial onboarding across departments before settling a fixed crew.

You will also supervise quality, contribute sustainable methods, handle project administration, and support QHSE policy while managing a 36-hour workweek and a trajectory toward permanent employment.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3/4 education in a green-related field.
• Experience guiding or supervising employees.
• Affinity for people in a vulnerable position in the labor market.
• Independent, responsible and practically minded.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to a team of 6–8 in green space maintenance.
• Guide employees in their development and participate in hands-on work.
• Onboard across various green departments before assigning a fixed crew.
• Provide functional leadership and monitor quality of work.
• Contribute ideas on sustainable and ecological working methods.
• Handle administration of projects and contribute to QHSE policy.
