Job summary

Kramp is seeking an OTD Process Optimisation Lead in Utrecht to enhance delivery reliability across Europe. The role involves owning the On-Time Delivery (OTD) process and implementing effective improvements.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and over 6 years of experience in the supply chain with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Benefits include a flexible working policy, travel allowance, and profit sharing bonus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of working experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement or related roles.
• Strong experience in warehouse and project management.
• Ability to identify root causes and improve delivery performance.
• Experience in project delivery and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Open to travel to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, identify and implement process improvements.
• Own the end-to-end OTD process.
• Manage projects of varying size and complexity.
• Define, prioritise and manage business requirements.
• Coordinate data cleansing and migration activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Ensure business involvement in user acceptance testing.
• Engage and align stakeholders for successful implementation.
