Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking an experienced Service Manager – OT Gateway to own reliable delivery of site-level OT networks and servers at wind parks and assets across Europe. You’ll blend hands-on engineering with technical leadership, manage a dedicated team, and drive improvements while meeting SLAs and coordinating with SCADA and IT partners.

You will shape standardised service delivery, oversee incident response, lifecycle planning and changes, and ensure security and compliance across critical OT

Qualifications

• Operational service management practices with ownership and SLAs.
• Hands-on OT network/server engineering across sites.
• Coordination with suppliers and internal teams for delivery and improvements.
• Experience diagnosing faults and restoring services in OT environments.
• Ability to guide colleagues and prioritise operational work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service definitions, ownership boundaries, SLAs and escalation.
• Deliver reliable, secure OT network and server services with lifecycle activities.
• Monitor performance, incidents, changes and lifecycle improvements.
• Lead incident response, problem management and root-cause actions.
• Coordinate suppliers and stakeholders and manage backlog and priorities.
