Operating at IT-OT junctures, you will design robust security for OT environments and guide customers through threat landscapes while ensuring operational continuity.

You will collaborate with CISOs and customer teams to define strategies, best practices, and technology for secure by design, detection, and incident response, shaping the future of OT

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT environments including ICS/SCADA
• Hands-on with OT detection, incident response, and IT-OT security operations
• Maintain operational continuity without disrupting critical services
• Articulate security strategies to engineers and executives
• Create scalable OT security standards and tooling

Responsibilities

• Define scalable frameworks and tools for securing OT environments
• Lead design and deployment of OT-specific detection and response
• Provide strategic guidance on threat intel, risk assessments and secure-by-design
• Represent Schuberg Philis as a security thought leader with customers
• Evaluate emerging OT security technologies and approaches
• Advocate for security solutions that enable innovation in OT
