ITProposal is seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Consultant to define cybersecurity principles, architecture standards, and IT/OT boundary requirements across transformation workstreams in Amsterdam. The role requires deep expertise in industrial control system security, secure network segmentation, and alignment with IEC 62443, NIST, and enterprise frameworks.

Qualifications

10+ years in OT cybersecurity, ICS/SCADA security, or IT/OT architecture.
Proven track record leading risk assessments in industrial environments.
Experience defining cybersecurity principles and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

Define OT cybersecurity principles, security architecture, and IT/OT boundary requirements across all workstreams.
Establish secure network segmentation, communication, and infrastructure principles for OT environments.
Define cybersecurity requirements for operational monitoring, sensor data integration, and enterprise data integration.
Perform security risk assessments and ensure alignment with IEC 62443, NIST, and enterprise architecture standards.
Support architecture governance, Design Authority reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable OT/IT integration.
