Job summary

Ericsson’s BOS Enterprise Architecture team within MEMA CSS is seeking an experienced architect to shape OSS/BSS transformation programmes across the region. You will lead end-to-end architecture, from network-facing interfaces to business-system integrations, delivering scalable and maintainable platforms.

Responsibilities include defining architectures for large programmes, creating guidance documents, and mentoring architects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT/telecom experience in senior architecture roles.
• End-to-end OSS/BSS architecture for large multi-country programs.
• Experience establishing a design authority or architecture board.
• Presented to senior customer leaders and led cross-functional teams.
• TOGAF 9 or equivalent qualification.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end OSS/BSS solution architectures for large transformation programs.
• Create architecture documents, integration designs, and reusable patterns.
• Review designs for quality, resilience, and long-term maintainability.
• Lead architecture for strategic bids and customer engagements.
• Present options to customer technology leaders and review boards.
• Mentor architects and share knowledge via reusable assets.
