Job summary

Itproposal seeks a temporary Osiris Volg Implementation & Functional Specialist in Enschede, Netherlands. The role focuses on expert guidance for system configuration and functional setup of Osiris Volg within higher education processes, ensuring alignment with study guidance and student monitoring.

You will independently advise on best practices, configure the module, test functionality, and transfer knowledge to the internal Functional Management Team for post-launch administration.

Qualifications

• Education at HBO level with practical, applied thinking.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Osiris implementation or functional admin experience.
• Strong ability to analyze enrollment/workflow processes and translate to system config.
• Excellent advisory and collaboration skills with project teams and end-users.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Osiris Volg configuration for higher education workflows.
• Configure the Osiris Volg module to meet functional requirements and study guidance processes.
• Support testing, QA, and validation prior to go-live.
• Deliver structured knowledge transfer and documentation to internal team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on milestones, deliverables, and risks with the PM.
