Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in the Netherlands seeks an Associate Process Engineer to support manufacturing, process and packaging operations. You will contribute to safety, quality, delivery and cost performance through problem solving and continuous improvement, collaborating with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Material Science and 0–2 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Material Science required.
• 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience (including internships or co-op).
• Fundamental understanding of manufacturing or engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support within assigned manufacturing and process areas.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve equipment, process, and product issues using structured problem-solving and data analysis.
• Support troubleshooting to restore and improve process performance, product quality, and safety.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process, equipment, and product improvements to enhance efficiency, yield, reliability, and compliance.
• Assist in leading defined improvement projects aligned with site and business objectives.
