Job summary

Moog in Amsterdam is hiring a COC & Repairs Admin to process and monitor both customer and repair orders from acceptance to delivery. The role can be filled full-time or part-time (24-40 hours per week) and requires attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Logistics to optimise processes and ensure reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO level education or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in admin, order management or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Able to communicate in English and work across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor and follow up on sales and repair orders.
• Prepare quotations for repairs and monitor progress.
• Ensure accurate data in SAP ERP and customer records.
