Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a meticulous COC & Repairs Admin to process and monitor customer and repair orders from order acceptance through to delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Logistics to ensure accurate data in the ERP system and timely order fulfillment. The role offers either full-time or part-time hours (24-40 per week) and a path to contribute to operational excellence in a high-tech environment with international exposure.

Qualifications

MBO/HBO level education.
2–4 years of relevant admin/order management or supply chain experience.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
Affinity with data, reporting, and cost calculations.
Knowledge of trade compliance processes is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Proactive, independent, and quality-oriented working style.
Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Process sales and repair orders from acceptance to delivery.
Prepare quotations for repairs and monitor repair progress.
Ensure accurate data in SAP and other ERP systems.
Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries about repairs and deliveries.
Maintain customer records and follow up on orders and delivery dates.
Create internal work orders and ensure correct production/shipping information.
Monitor delivery dates and lead times for standard products and repairs.
Escalate bottlenecks to stakeholders and management.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Logistics.
