Job summary

You will act as the primary customer contact, ensuring efficient processing from inquiry to invoicing, while aligning with the department's strategy. The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and collaboration with Engineering, Finance, and Sales to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service coordination, project coordination, or technical customer support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics platforms (CRM, Azure, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service activities and onsite orders for customers.
• Plan and allocate field technicians/engineers; ensure information and parts are prepared.
• Create quotes in SAP and manage invoicing readiness for service activities.
• Maintain primary customer contact for inquiries, quotes, and scheduling.
• Monitor SLAs, contracts, and data in CRM; schedule maintenance visits.
