Job summary

Yanmar Marine International Operations is seeking a Backoffice Sales Specialist in Almere, Netherlands. You will coordinate the full order-to-cash flow, ensure accurate order handling, and collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Sales to keep commitments and optimize processes.

The role requires SAP S/4HANA experience, strong organizational skills, and stakeholder management. A hybrid work model is offered, with a focus on international operations and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in operations, order management, or order-to-cash.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• French proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and international order processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the complete order-to-cash process.
• Validate orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Process orders in SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate production, supply chain, and logistics.
• Prepare export, shipping, and customs documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
