As a Senior TIBCO BPM & Integration Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade integration and business process solutions using TIBCO technologies.
- Develop and support applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x, and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x).
- Monitor application performance, system health, and operational alerts through Azure Analytics and related monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile Scrum environments to deliver high‑quality business solutions.
- Participate in CI/CD and DevOps initiatives to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Support the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and post‑production support.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise integration and business process management solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x, and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x).
- Strong experience in Azure Analytics, including monitoring, alerting, and operational support.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and DevOps‑driven environments, with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
- Relevant certifications including Azure Fundamentals, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x), and TIBCO Cloud Integration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
