Job summary

TMC in Nijmegen is seeking a Junior Project Manager to oversee complex opto-mechanical projects for leading high-tech clients. You will guide client projects from quotation through production and delivery, ensuring QLTC goals are met by coordinating production, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams.

You will monitor planning, risks, changes, and client expectations throughout the project life cycle and help resolve operational/technical challenges.

Qualifications

• You guide client projects from quotation and order phase to production and delivery.
• You monitor and realize, together with clients and internal stakeholders, the agreed QLTC objectives.
• You coordinate multidisciplinary teams across production, supply chain, quality, and engineering.
• You manage planning, risks, changes, and client expectations throughout the project cycle.
• You help resolve operational and technical challenges and drive successful project execution.
• With guidance from experienced project managers, you grow toward taking on more responsibility and larger projects.
