Job summary

MSF Netherlands (OCA) seeks an experienced Learning & Development Advisor for the Operations Department to shape learning strategies and deliver agile solutions that prepare teams for emergencies. You will work with the Learning Solutions team and partners to implement impactful programs across key portfolios.

Reporting to the Learning Solutions Coordinator, you will collaborate with multiple L&D colleagues, manage projects, and contribute to a mission-driven, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 3+ years L&D experience advising stakeholders.
• 3+ years operational humanitarian context.
• Project management exposure including budget & MEAL.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Shape the learning agenda and strategies for the operations units.
• Design, develop and continuously improve learning solutions with SMEs.
• Plan, budget and evaluate learning activities using MEAL.
