Job summary

ViCentra, makers of Kaleido devices, seeks an Operations Finance Manager to partner with Operations and own the full costing and financial picture of production. You will drive cost control, standard costing, inventory valuation, and forecast accuracy, aligning finance with operations at pace.

With 6–9 years in cost accounting within manufacturing and strong ERP/Excel modelling skills, you will build transparent reports, challenge budgets, and enable data-driven decisions with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field.
• 6–9 years of finance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong costing, BOM and inventory valuation knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and external/contract manufacturers.
• Ability to translate operations data into financials.

Responsibilities

• Own standard cost model end to end: BOM, labour, overhead absorption.
• Run monthly production close and explain variances by driver.
• Own inventory valuation and reconcile subledger to GL.
• Manage interface with contract manufacturing partners and cost impacts.
• Translate commercial plan into supply/production plan and cost forecast.
• Build gross margin bridge and unit cost trajectory for SLT/Board.
• Set up financial format for PMO portfolio and capitalisation treatment.
• Prepare investment appraisals for capacity expansion and cost-down projects.
• Establish regular cadence with Operations for reconciled metrics.
• Automate recurring work using AI to multiply output.
