Job summary

People in Science is seeking an Operator / Production Worker (entry-level) to support the production line in a chilled food environment, learning to operate and set up machines, and gradually take on more responsibility.

You'll join a 2-shift schedule, with training via our company academy and a starting salary under the applicable collective labor agreement plus a 4.5% year-end bonus, travel allowance, and pension.

Qualifications

• MBO-level working and thinking ability or equivalent.
• Interest in technology and operating machinery.
• Motivation to learn the operator profession.
• Proactive and hands-on attitude.
• Good teamwork skills and an interest in supervising colleagues.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Dutch or English language proficiency.
