Job summary

Tilburg is de locatie voor deze fulltime functie. Als Assistant Operator ondersteun je de operator bij het dagelijkse productieproces en ben je verantwoordelijk voor voorbereiding, menging en verwerking van hoogwaardige voedingsingrediënten.

Je volgt grondig een trainingstraject, na welke je in een 3-ploegensysteem werkt. Het beginsalaris is €3.200,- bruto per maand incl. ploegentoeslag, met verhoging naar €3.373,- en uiteindelijk ~€3.400,- in het eerste jaar. Er is perspectief op vast contract.

Responsibilities

• Assisteren van de operator tijdens het productieproces.
• Grondstoffen aanvoeren en toeleveren aan de lijn.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en afwijkingen melden.
• Verpakken en voorbereiden van eindproducten voor verzending.
• Machines schoonhouden en werkomgeving hygiënisch houden.
• Volgen van instructies, hygiëne en kwaliteitsprocedures.

As an Assistant Operator, you will join an international company in the food industry. You will work full-time (40 hours per week) in a 3-shift system and support the operator in ensuring that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. You can count on a starting salary of €3,200 gross per month, including a 21.5% shift allowance

• A starting gross monthly salary of €3200,- including a 21,5% shift allowance;
• Salary increase within the first six months to €3373,-gross including allowance;
• After completing the full training, you will earn €3400,- gross including allowance within the first year;
• Full-time workweek of 40 hours in a 3-shift system;
• Prospect of a permanent contract with the client;
• 8% holiday allowance and 25 days of annual leave;
• Regular fun team activities, such as organized football tournaments, bowling, and shared lunches.

Functieomschrijving

As an Assistant Operator, you will support the operator in the daily production process. Together, you are responsible for preparing, mixing, and processing high-quality food ingredients. During your first weeks, you will receive thorough training from an experienced colleague, allowing you to gradually become familiar with the production process and your responsibilities.

Your tasks include:

• Assisting the operator during the production process;
• Supplying raw materials to the production line;
• Monitoring the production process and reporting any irregularities;
• Packing and preparing finished products for shipment;
• Cleaning machines and maintaining a clean and safe work environment;
• Following work instructions, hygiene regulations, and quality procedures at all times.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in production, likes to support colleagues, and wants to develop further in an operator position.

• Experience in a production environment or as an Operator/Assistant Operator is an advantage;
