Qualifications

• MBO level education in a technical, production, or life sciences field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with precise working approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned production tasks following approved procedures and safety guidelines
• Prepare work areas, materials, and equipment as instructed
• Operate equipment safely and in accordance with training
• Accurately document all activities and observations
• Identify deviations, abnormalities, or safety issues and elevate them appropriately
• Support a collaborative team environment through effective communication and handover procedures
• Participate in on-the-job training and continuous learning to build technical knowledge and skills
