Job summary

Strict Staffing B.V. zoekt een operator voor de dagdienst in de voedingsindustrie. Je zorgt voor een soepele en veilige productie in een moderne, hygiënische productiefaciliteit waar innovatie en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten bediening, bewaking en afstelling van machines, het oplossen van afwijkingen en eerstelijnsonderhoud, met nauwkeurige registratie van proces- en kwaliteitsgegevens. Vereist zijn relevante productie-ervaring en bereidheid om in 3–5°C te werken.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in productie (voorkeur voedingsindustrie).
• Technisch inzicht en proactieve houding.
• Betrouwbaar, gemotiveerd en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
• Bereidheid om in temperatuurgecontroleerde omgeving te werken (3–5°C).

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, bewaken en afstellen van diverse productiemachines.
• Oplossen van afwijkingen in het productieproces.
• Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en eerste-lijn taken.
• Registreren van proces- en kwaliteitsgegevens.
• Werken volgens hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
