Job summary

Strict Staffing B.V. zoekt een operator voor de ochtenddienst in Gouda. Je bedient, monitoren en stemt productieapparatuur af in een schone, veilige productieomgeving en bewaakt de kwaliteit. Je voert eerste-lijns onderhoud uit en registreert procesdata, met ruimte voor training en certificeringen binnen een hecht team.

Qualifications

• Relevante werkervaring in productie; ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een pré.
• Technisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid.
• Bereidheid om te werken in een temperatuurgecontroleerde omgeving (3–5°C).
• Betrouwbaar en gemotiveerd.
• Proactieve en verantwoorde houding.
• Vloeiend Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, bewaken en afstellen van diverse productie machines in een moderne voedingsproductieomgeving.
• Procedures nauwkeurig registreren en procesdata vastleggen.
• Eerste-lijns onderhoud uitvoeren en afwijkingen signaleren en oplossen.
