As an Operator B, you will work in a modern production environment in Tilburg. Together with your team, you monitor the production process, ensure everything runs according to plan and specifications, and step in where necessary. Every day, you check performance in the areas of safety, quality, and efficiency. Together with your team leader, you set priorities, analyze breakdowns, and actively contribute to improvements. You report on production results, participate in team meetings, and make sure that first aid, emergency response, occupational health, safety, and environmental standards are always met.
