Job summary

BaanTreffers in Helmond seeks an operator for a 3-shift system. You will work independently after a thorough training and become part of a stable, family-owned company.

No prior forklift experience is required, forklift training is provided, and you’ll contribute to smooth production with quality checks and material handling. We offer a permanent contract, competitive monthly gross salary around €2,850, plus a 13.75% shift allowance and a friendly, collaborative atmosphere with regular team

• Forklift experience is a plus, but can be learned on the job.

We are looking for an operator to work in a 3‑shift system in the Helmond region. The role requires ensuring the production process runs smoothly, setting ovens, carrying out quality checks, and using a forklift to supply raw materials. Forklift training will be provided if you do not yet have a license.

• A salary of approximately €2,850 gross per month (based on 40 hours, you’ll work 37.5 hours).
