Job summary

Luba Uitzendbureau zoekt een Kitchen Operator om snacks te bereiden en productieprocessen te optimaliseren. Je stelt machines in, volgt recepten nauwgezet en bewaakt de productiekwaliteit.

Salaris startsalaris is 3.246,21 euro brut per maand en kan groeien tot 3.627,92 euro, bij een 37,5-urige werkweek, inclusief ploegendiensttoeslagen. Naast groei- en opleidingskansen biedt het bedrijf ook reiskostenvergoeding en een gezellige minderalcantein.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaar mbo-niveau (werk/denkniveau).
• Gemotiveerd om te leren en door te groeien.
• Ervaring als operator is een voordeel, maar geen vereiste.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Opzetten en bedienen van machines volgens recept en procedures.
• Toezicht houden op productieproces en kwaliteitscontrole.
• Samenwerking met collega's om productie soepel te laten verlopen en doelen te halen.

Over de vacature:

Do you have a technical mindset and a passion for food? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As a Kitchen Operator, you’ll play an important role in preparing our delicious snacks. You’ll set up and operate the machines, follow recipes accurately, and make sure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. Together with your colleagues, you’ll keep a close eye on quality and ensure every product meets our high standards.

You’ll work in a two-shift schedule, alternating between 05:00–14:00 and 14:00–23:00. You’ll also receive attractive shift allowances for working before 06:00 and after 18:00.

You’ll start with a gross monthly salary of €3,246.21 and have the opportunity to grow to €3,627.92 gross per month, based on 37.5 hours per week and including shift allowances. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the company through training and education.

Wat wij vragen:

• You have at least mbo (secondary vocational) working and thinking level
• You are motivated to learn and grow
• Experience as an operator is an advantage, but not required
• You speak good Dutch or English
• You are flexible and find shift work no problem
