Job summary

Limagrain, a global seed and agri-food group with operations in the Netherlands, is looking for a seed processing operator in our cleaning department. You will follow Safety & Quality rules, prepare and clean seeds according to precise instructions, adjust and operate processing machines, and perform checks to ensure safety and traceability of every batch.

You will monitor seed lot quality (appearance and humidity), keep machines and workstation clean to prevent cross-batch contamination,

Responsibilities

• Follow and respect the Safety & Quality rules.
• Prepare and clean seeds based on precise instructions and procedures.
• Adjust and operate all processing machines in cleaning department.
• Carry out the necessary checks during and at the end of the process to ensure the safety and traceability of the operations carried out.
• Control the physical qualities of the seed lots produced: appearance, humidity, quality of the process.
• Clean the machines to avoid mixing seeds between batches
• Clean the workstation and participate in the cleaning of the workshop (5S)
• Participate and contribute to the continuous improvement process within the workshop and the plant.
