Job summary

Limagrain’s Hazera unit in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on operator to prepare and clean seeds according to precise instructions. You will adjust and operate cleaning machines, perform checks for safety and traceability, and ensure seed lots meet quality standards.

You will contribute to 5S cleaning and continuous improvement, collaborating with the workshop team and plant. The role focuses on reliability, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean seeds based on precise instructions and procedures.
• Adjust and operate all processing machines in cleaning department.
• Carry out the necessary checks during and at the end of the process to ensure the safety and traceability of the operations carried out.
• Control the physical qualities of the seed lots produced: appearance, humidity, quality of the process.
• Clean the machines to avoid mixing seeds between batches
• Clean the workstation and participate in the cleaning of the workshop (5S)
• Participate and contribute to the continuous improvement process within the workshop and the plant.
