Job summary

Avery Dennison in Zoeterwoude, the Netherlands, is seeking an Operations Team Member who will execute daily production and facility tasks across printing, finishing, and logistics, ensuring quality and safety. You will perform printing, cutting, maintenance, and support on-shift, reporting activities to keep operations reliable.

• Perform screen and digital printing, inspecting, converting, weeding, plotting, and packing of digitally printed rolls and emblems.
• Cut HTL sheets using a motion cutter, assisting with incoming goods inspections and quality control on printing lines.
• Support ink mixing or screen exposing operations, and assist the shipping department as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks and minor technical repairs on the building, grounds, equipment, and installations.
• Accurately report all maintenance activities to maintain operational safety and reliability.

The Operations Team Member plays a key role in executing daily production and facility tasks, ensuring seamless operations, high-quality standards, and safe maintenance across all printing, finishing, and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities
