Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking an Operations Team Member to execute daily production and facility tasks across printing, finishing, and logistics. You will help ensure high quality, safe maintenance, and smooth operations on the Zoeterwoude site in the Netherlands.

The role involves performing printing, cutting, packing, and routine upkeep while supporting shipping and quality control activities. Fluency in Dutch or English is required, with a technical mindset and stress-resilient team

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and/or English (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated technical mindset with strong solution-oriented problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform screen and digital printing, inspecting, converting, weeding, plotting, and packing of digitally printed rolls and emblems.
• Cut HTL sheets using a motion cutter, while assisting with incoming goods inspections and quality control on printing lines.
• Support ink mixing or screen exposing operations, and assist the shipping department as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks and minor technical repairs on the building, grounds, equipment, and installations.
• Accurately report all maintenance activities to maintain operational safety and reliability.

About the role

The Operations Team Member plays a key role in executing daily production and facility tasks, ensuring seamless operations, high-quality standards, and safe maintenance across all printing, finishing, and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work cleanly, carefully, maintain an overview, and stay stress-resistant under pressure.
