Job summary

Suite702 is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist to manage the end-to-end flow from order to delivery, coordinating B2C and B2B orders to ensure on-time fulfillment.

You will own the returns process, monitor data quality, optimize shipping with partners, and support GOTS documentation and audits while driving continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or order management.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a big plus.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Operations & Logistics Specialist. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the flawless execution of our daily operations. You will ensure that orders, returns, logistical processes, and data streams run smoothly, serving as a vital link between our suppliers, fulfillment partner, and the internal team.

You maintain a clear overview, resolve operational challenges before they become problems, and continuously look for ways to make processes smarter, more efficient, and more scalable.

What you will do

As our Operations & Logistics Specialist, you are the backbone of SUITE702’s daily flow. Instead of just checking off tasks, you oversee the entire journey from order to delivery. Your days are dynamic, versatile, and focused on the following pillars:

• Master of order flows (B2C & B2B): you coordinate the daily flow of B2C and B2B orders from start to finish. You monitor the quality of order streams, quickly resolve system discrepancies, and handle B2B invoicing. Through your close alignment with our fulfillment partner, you ensure that every order is processed smoothly and customers receive their order right on time.
• Returns & customer happiness: you take full ownership of an efficient returns process. You smoothly align return flows between our systems and our fulfillment partner, ensuring quick refunds. When tricky operational customer queries get escalated, you solve them with ease and immediately analyze how we can prevent them in the future.
• Data & systems guard: you monitor the quality of our data streams, easily spot bottlenecks in system integrations, and initiate projects to make our workflows smarter. You keep our systems and logistical data sharp and up-to-date.
• Logistics & shipping optimization: you maintain strong relationships with our logistics partners. You monitor shipping efficiency, research the most cost-effective solutions, and constantly look for ways to upgrade our outbound shipping.
• Compliance & green quality (GOTS): you provide support to maintain our GOTS sustainability certification. You ensure all required documentation per purchase order is spotless, and you support the preparation of audits to keep our sustainable promises.
• Continuous improvement: you don't just run the process; you improve it. You translate bottlenecks into smart, concrete solutions, implement new working methods, and actively contribute to professionalizing and scaling our brand.

Who are you?

You are organized, accurate, and love getting things done. You get energy from bringing structure, improving processes, and liaising between different stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-growing scale-up environment.

Additionally, you bring:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or order management.
• The right mindset: you work in a highly structured manner with a sharp eye for detail. You are solution-oriented, analytical, and naturally take initiative.
• Coordination skills: you excel at managing multiple processes simultaneously and feel completely at ease switching between internal teams and external partners.
• Fluent communication skills in English (as our systems and partners operate internationally) and Dutch (which is a big plus).
