Job summary

Stryker is seeking a senior operations leader to run the Value-Added Services function onsite in the Netherlands. You will drive service quality, safety and productivity while managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with medical device standards.

You will implement Lean continuous improvement, build and coach teams, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver scalable operations and meet annual financial objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or distribution management.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience applying Lean or other CI methodologies to operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Value-Added Services function, meeting service, safety, and productivity targets.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve annual financial objectives.
• Develop and maintain procedures and quality systems compliant with medical device standards.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement to raise efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
