Job summary

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma qualification preferred (Green/Black Belt).
• Experience with ISO 13485‑aligned process validation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production processes for advanced medical devices by translating product requirements into robust process outputs.
• Define required process inputs and establish equipment requirements.
• Characterize and validate production processes with strong input‑output understanding and controls.
• Drive manufacturability via Lean Six Sigma with focus on cost efficiency and consistency.
• Assess and improve manufacturability through prototype build activity and feedback to design teams.
