Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in operations and continuous improvement.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data analysis or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities and improvement projects.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Assist with continuous improvement focused on efficiency, quality, safety.
• Help create reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams within Eindhoven.
• Present internship findings to stakeholders.
