Job summary

Qualifications

• Self-starter and team player.
• Organized and disciplined with attention to detail and high standards.
• Commercial minded with ease in communication towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Mastering PowerPoint tool.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a great plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on all the specific creations requests from Watch Partners
• Share communications with Watch Partners
• Update Watch Partners performance dashboards before market visits
• Follow up of the different projects defined in our 12-month action plan per Watch Partner
• External online brand equity monitoring: ensure brand equity are at the standards of the Maison on all external platforms
• Coordinate the Area Managers department: organize and maintain files and folders structure, take notes and share minutes
• Assist Area Managers in preparing regular instances by coordinating with all stakeholders and ensuring high quality level of PowerPoint presentation
• Help coordinate Area Managers specific business trips
