Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL in Amsterdam is offering a paid internship of 6 months focused on Watch Partners support and brand governance. You will handle follow-ups, coordinate communications, and prepare presentations for partner meetings.

The successful candidate is organized, a self-starter, fluent in English, with PowerPoint proficiency and strong communication skills; French or Dutch is a plus. This internship requires a university agreement and contributes to real projects across partner

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on all the specific creations requests from Watch Partners
• Share communications with Watch Partners
• Update Watch Partners performance dashboards before market visits
• Follow up of the different projects defined in our 12-month action plan per Watch Partner
• External online brand equity monitoring: ensure brand equity are at the standards of the Maison on all external platforms
• Coordinate the Area Managers department: organize and maintain files and folders structure, take notes and share minutes
• Assist Area Managers in preparing regular instances by coordinating with all stakeholders and ensuring high quality level of PowerPoint presentation
• Help coordinate Area Managers specific business trips

Missions:

Watch Partners business follow-up

• Follow-up on all the specific creations requests from Watch Partners


• Share communications with Watch Partners


• Update Watch Partners performance dashboards before market visits


• Follow up of the different projects defined in our 12-month action plan per Watch Partner

External online brand equity monitoring

• Ensure brand equity are at the standards of the Maison on all external platforms (Department store, Watch Partners websites)

Coordination of the Area Managers department

• Organize and maintain overall files and folders structure of Area Managers team


• Take notes and share minutes of meetings and key instances. Share relevant information with other departments and functions


• Assist Area Managers in preparing regular instances (Weekly Boutique Managers meeting, Monthly business review with Europe...), by coordinating with all stakeholders and ensuring high quality level of PowerPoint presentation

• Help coordinate Area Managers specific business trips
