Job summary

TradeZero Europe B.V. seeks an Operations Associate in Amsterdam to support day-to-day operations, risk management and client services within a growing broker-dealer. You will own tasks, resolve issues, and work closely with global teams to learn the full trading lifecycle.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, process automation, and hands-on exposure to trading operations, risk and compliance in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in securities operations.
• Experience with trade processing, settlement and reconciliations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent client service and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling trades, positions and P&L from execution through settlement.
• Performing daily and periodic reconciliations across banks and internal ledgers.
• Monitoring cash balances, funding flows and margin calls.
• Identifying operational risks and implementing process improvements.
• Providing front-line client service and resolving inquiries.
