Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate daily routine operational and business records into standard templates.
• Assist with inventory and stock tracking to ensure data alignment across teams.
• Support cross-departmental administrative requests between Finance, Sales, and GTM teams.
• Track and log the check-in and check-out status of marketing demo units and project samples.
• Maintain up-to-date sample logs and coordinate prompt returns.
• Assist the team during marketing campaigns by gathering customer information, schedules, and administrative feedback.
• Keep product information sheets and internal reference materials updated and organized.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Assistant to join our team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will serve as a key administrative bridge between our GTM , Sales, and Finance teams.

This is an entry-level operational position focused on daily data collection, inventory tracking, event support, and routine cross-departmental coordination. If you are organized, comfortable working with Excel, and enjoy keeping daily operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Administrative Support

• -Collect and consolidate daily routine operational and business records into standard templates.
• -Assist with basic inventory and stock tracking to ensure smooth data alignment across teams.
• -Support cross-departmental administrative requests between Finance, Sales, and GTM teams.

Sample & Marketing Asset Management

• -Track and log the check-in and check-out status of marketing demo units and project samples.
• -Maintain up-to-date sample logs and coordinate prompt returns.

Campaign & Coordination Support

• -Assist the team during marketing campaigns by gathering customer information, schedules, and administrative feedback.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply!

Software Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (comfortable with basic formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data consolidation).
• Knowledge or experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools is a strong plus.

Languages

• -Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• -Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus.
• -Knowledge of Dutch or other European languages is an advantage.
