Qualifications

• 1–4 years in marketing, PR or social media with practical campaign experience.

OPPO is one of the world’s leading smartphone brands, known for innovation, design and camera technology. As the official distributor for the Benelux, Oleading is responsible for growing the OPPO brand across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

We’re looking for a Marketing & PR Manager who understands what appeals to younger consumers and enjoys turning ideas into campaigns. You’ll work with agencies, media, retailers and creators to build the OPPO brand in the Benelux.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate local marketing campaigns for OPPO across the Benelux.
• Manage relationships with PR, creative, social media and digital agencies.
• Coordinate OPPO’s social media activities, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram.
• Work with influencers and content creators on local campaigns.
• Support product launches, press events and retail activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing supports commercial objectives.
• Coordinate local adaptations of global marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign results and report on key learning.
• Stay informed about social media trends, consumer behavior and the competitive landscape.

Who you are

• You have 1–4 years of experience in marketing, PR or social media.
• You have experience working with external agencies or partners.
• You understand platforms such as TikTok and Instagram and know what content works.
• You have a commercial mindset and enjoy seeing marketing contribute to business results.
• You are organised and able to manage several projects at the same time.
• You communicate well and enjoy working with different teams.
• You are fluent in English. Dutch is preferred; French is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics or another fast-moving consumer category.
• Experience with influencer marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics.
• Experience organizing events or product launches.
