  • Practical understanding of export, QC, delivery and archiving workflows in a broadcast, streaming or post-production environment.
  • Experience checking video and audio assets against technical, creative and delivery specifications.

  • Comfortable supporting asset deliveries, file naming, version control and archive processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to manage routine operational tasks accurately and on time.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and reprioritize workload in a fast-moving environment with shifting deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with Senior Coordinators, Coordinators, internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Able to support administrative production tasks, including cue sheet creation and delivery documentation.
  • Basic editing skills and the ability to make small amendments to video assets where required.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder or equivalent post-production tools.
  • Understanding of common video/audio codecs, media formats and delivery specifications.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and accuracy when handling metadata, titles, video graphics and delivery notes.
  • Friendly, collaborative and professional when working with creative, coordination, operations and vendor teams.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the confidence to suggest workflow improvements or raise recurring delivery/QC issues.
What are we looking for?
  • A degree in Media & Entertainment Management, Audio Visual Production, or an equivalent combination of skills, training and experience.
  • Junior profile: 1-2 years of work experience in the media industry.
  • Experience in content coordination, media operations, post-production, QC, delivery or a similar operational role through previous jobs or internships is preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple projects, brands, departments or markets.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and confidence working with teams and vendors across different locations.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment.
