Job summary

Altery Connect EU B.V. is seeking an experienced Operations and Project Support Manager to help establish and continuously improve our local operating model as we prepare for MiCAR readiness across the Netherlands and Europe.

Working closely with the COO and CEO, you will translate operational plans and regulatory commitments into effective processes, well-managed projects and reliable day-to-day delivery, coordinating across local teams and external providers to maintain clear procedures,

• Monitor operational performance, volumes, backlogs, incidents and control exceptions, coordinating resolution and remediation.
• Prepare accurate operational management information and maintain the evidence required for management and control reviews.

Job description

Altery Connect EU B.V. is a Dutch crypto-asset service provider applicant seeking authorisation under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). As part of the international Altery Group, we are building our local governance, compliance and control framework in preparation for the launch of our regulated European operations.

As we prepare to launch our regulated European crypto-asset services under MiCAR, we are looking for an experienced Operations and Project Support Manager to help establish, coordinate and continuously improve our local operating model.

Working closely with the COO and CEO, you will turn operational plans and regulatory commitments into effective processes, well-managed projects and reliable day-to-day delivery.

What you will be doing

Operational management and Coordination

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across local teams, Group functions and external providers, maintaining clear procedures, process maps, responsibilities and escalation routes.
• Monitor operational performance, volumes, backlogs, incidents and control exceptions, coordinating resolution and remediation.
• Prepare accurate operational management information and maintain the evidence required for management and control reviews.

Operational Process and Workflow Change

• Coordinate changes to operational processes, customer journeys, order fulfilment, transaction processing, customer support and operational systems.
• Document business requirements, owners, timelines, dependencies and acceptance criteria, and track implementation through to completion.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure that procedures, controls, process maps and training materials are updated following approved changes.

Service Delivery and Outsourcing Oversight

• Support the COO in overseeing outsourced and intra-group services, maintaining the provider register and coordinating day-to-day service monitoring.
