Job summary

Trinamics is seeking an Operational Supplier Coordinator (OSC) to secure material availability for production and field operations. You will act as the primary contact between inbound supply chain management, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, driving mitigation actions and improvement initiatives.

With 0–6 years of logistics experience, you will analyze demand, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate across planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Logistics or related field.
• Good understanding of logistics processes, supply chain operations, material planning, and ERP/MRP systems.
• 0–6 years of relevant experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with inbound supply chain processes in high-tech/manufacturing environments.
• Experience operating in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for suppliers and internal customers regarding inbound supply chain activities.
• Ensure material availability for manufacturing and field operations by monitoring supplier performance and resolving supply issues.
• Manage a portfolio of materials by analyzing demand, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation actions.
• Translate supplier performance trends into improvement initiatives (e.g., replenishment optimization and logistics improvements).
• Support supplier improvement projects with lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, logistics, and other supply chain stakeholders, and provide progress updates.
