Responsibilities

• Run the Business – 45%
  • Executing regional logistics strategy, engaging with businesses and operations teams to meet service goals.
  • Managing the regional budget and local HR processes.
  • Directing training and developing desired culture (e.g., proactive, accountable, agile, collaborative, engaging) within the team.
  • Recruiting new talent.
• Change the Business – 30%
  • Implementing Trinseo Logistics Strategy with supply chain and business leadership.
  • Leading strategic projects and local initiatives to improve service and cost performance.
  • Providing regional leadership for transportation safety improvement programs.
  • Leading initiatives to raise employee competencies and improve work process performance.
• Compliance – 10%
  • Ensuring regional logistics activities are performed safely, in compliance and environmentally responsible.
• HR Responsibilities – 10%
  • All people‑management duties: performance management, compensation, training, coaching, motivating and rewarding team members.
  • Driving resource planning and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• External Relationships – 5%
  • Managing relationships with third‑party logistics providers, regional regulatory bodies, industry associations and key customer contacts.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, finance, or a technology‑related field. Other relevant qualifications and experience may be considered.
