ING Bank Personeel in Amsterdam seeks a medior Data Analyst to strengthen the Operational Performance Team in the COO Netherlands. You will build data models, perform analyses, and provide timely reports to ING Group and senior management, acting as a single source of truth to steer performance indicators.

Responsibilities include designing deep-dive analyses, creating visualisations, supporting budget processes, and mentoring junior analysts.

Formación

• An HBO/WO education in a quantitative field and/or proved experience in this domain.
• 3-5 years of experience with statistical data analysis and data frameworks.
• Familiar with operational bank processes, IT-tooling and service concepts.
• Broad practical experience with data preparation and analysis (SAS, SQL etc.).
• Experience with dashboard tooling (Cognos, etc.).
• Experience with stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and developing (statistical) deep dive analyses on operational processes.
• Providing visualisations and numerical insights for projects and day-to-day operations.
• Support with ING group reporting to senior management.
• Mentor junior data analysts in data models.
• Identify requirements from stakeholders for automated data solutions.
• Maintain day-to-day dashboards and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
• Support yearly budgeting of the domains.
• Contribute to sustainable and maintainable data solutions.
• Challenge current ways of working to drive impact.
