Job summary

• Experience in an operational purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or similar role.
• Good understanding of basic purchasing processes and ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work with data, follow procedures, and pay attention to details.
• Good level of English; Dutch skills are a plus for local communication.
• A proactive, organized way of working and a willingness to keep learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for assigned materials and services.
• Place and follow up purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and availability.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory optimization together with planning and logistics.
• Handle supplier confirmations, delivery issues, and deviations in a proactive way.
• Collaborate with internal teams on demand forecasts, priorities, and process improvements.
• Support cost-saving and sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.

What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll be the key link between our suppliers, internal stakeholders, and operations teams, making sure materials and services are available on time and at the right cost. You’ll work in a dynamic, international environment where innovation, sustainability, and high ethical standards are part of everyday decision‑making. Expect a mix of hands‑on purchasing, supplier communication, and continuous improvement.
