Job summary

B-HIVE.com is seeking a QA/QC Manager to support a new project located in Maasvlakte, Netherlands. You will represent QA/QC to the client, partners and subcontractors and own the QA/QC system on site, ensuring quality across disciplines.

You will lead the QA/QC team, manage interfaces, prepare conformity documentation and oversee audits, reporting, and improvements to meet international standards. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Engineer graduate in Quality.
• Knowledge in EN 1090.
• Knowledge in ASME B31.3 & ASME VIII div 1.
• Knowledge in NEN regulation.
• Experience in all fields of construction (civil work; structure; structure; mechanical; piping and E&I).
• Experience in PED certification.
• Experience in ATEX certification.
• Languages: English bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Represents Global E&C Solutions towards the client, partners and sub-contractors in all QA/QC related issues.
• Owns and takes responsibility for the QA/QC system on site.
• Manages QA/QC interfaces between disciplines on site as well as with partners and subcontractors.
• Ensures the quality of works according to internal and international requirements.
• Provides realistic, reliable and verifiable reports on QA/QC issues, benchmarks, trends and milestones.
• Manages communication with local authorities / inspection entities.
• Participates in technical audits of the contractors.
• Leads the Global E&C solution QA/QC team on site.
• Leads the functionality and improvement of Electronic Site Documentation management system.
• Leads preparation of Conformity Declaration package and ensures smooth achievement.
• Manages the Non-Conformity system on site.
