Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs, commercial autonomous ride-hailing services, and new city launches across Europe.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure vehicles remain safe, operational, and deployment-ready, while meeting operational KPIs and supporting growth across cities and markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet/operational environments.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depot locations.
• Ensure vehicles are ready to support testing, deployment, and autonomous ride-hailing.
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging, and readiness.
• Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and return activities for efficiency.
• Minimize downtime through effective planning and coordination.
• Oversee depot activities, ensure safety, efficiency, and organization.
• Coordinate work of Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists.
• Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness, charging, inspection, and maintenance standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise staff; create shift schedules for 24/7 ops.
• Act as primary operational contact for stakeholders; prepare reports and KPIs.
• Develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement; maintain health, safety, and compliance.
